Achievements and quantifiable results:

TechVelocityPartners.com: P & L responsibility for delivering three IT products with time and cost savings of 7 weeks and 18%. Designed and developed products, services and aided in creating new revenue channels that generated over 20 % of the annual revenues.

As a part of the rebranding and growth strategy, developed materials to approach corporate growth agencies. Interviewed, negotiated and selected the agency. Responsible for executing several projects and delivered both IT products and materials aligned with the company strategy.

Set up offshore teams and offices for multiple clients resulting in shortened PDLC, reduced time-to- market, up to 30 to 40% cost savings and improved communication between on and offshore teams.
Located and interviewed the best offshore partners (C-level strategic planning and discussions from both the client and partner side). Five deals closed with successful outcomes for both sides.
Helped an ISV serving the Department of Corrections across the USA with their IT products consisting of case plans, assessment, and collaboration software.

GIS data Management company serving Public Safety industry: Helped in negotiating with onshore and offshore partners. Devised an alternate plan for resource management from a local university.

Debugged high severity problems on production servers that had existed for over 6 months. Provided the root-cause analysis, architectural recommendations for prevention in less than 4 weeks.

B2B e-commerce company: Provided input during the strategy sessions and assisted in preparing materials for attracting investors from Europe. Prepared case studies that could aid in launching new revenue-generating channels.

EdTrainU: Developed strategy and plan for the next 18 months. Activities were related to the website and business launch. Fine-tuned sales, marketing offerings, client intake process, procurement/contract lifecycle review, board development, and outsourcing specific programs aligned with thebusiness plan.

Media conglomerate: 120 plus Print, Radio and TV channels reaching 50 + M Americans weekly.Reduced regression testing from 10 + hours, with 6 to 8 team members, to under one hour bycutting-edge automation efforts. Savings over $5M/yr. by reducing manual errors and catching issues early in the cycle, thus avoiding critical production outages.

OpenGates: Strategy and Requirements analysis for AirBnB type of portal connecting outdoor adventurists and landowners.

Oil Exploration Company: Developed initial proof of concept for the portal that integrated both the software and hardware for a client designing a tracking and alarm device that reduced the loss of lives due to negligence. Designed business dashboards for the C suite to analyze predictive indicators and recommended corrective actions. Saved 90 minutes daily for C suite team, improving their efficiency and productivity and allowing them to focus more on strategic planning.
